DarkPlaces most recent version (build) question

I am getting back to playing Q after a long, 7 year hiatus. I downloaded the Dark Places client last week, and am impressed.

I just read all 35 pages of Seven's PRETTY WATER thread, and have some basic questions on my DP client:

I know I need the latest version of DP to make the water and other modifications work,

Post 337 in in the prettywater thread references a new DP Build (2013-3-1)

The version of DP I downloaded and installed last week was from: Home/quake1files/quake clients/ dark places (latest build) But indicates the "date added" is 10/6/10.

Did I download an old version of Dark Places? If So, WHERE do I get the most recent version?

that build has good performance and everything works fine in that build,
like shaders and such.

I did see plenty of info on Webangel's prettywater while reading through the prettywater thread. I appreciate the link.

be sure to also have the last version of DP-pretty_water by webangel.

in 2013 builds something was changed with shaders in DP which made
that the water-shaders had to be updated so they work properly again in latest builds

i use the 2013-3-1 but i have read there is a newer one...
