Recommended sound effects/ music files

hey all, I have recently gotten back to Q after 7 years away.

Thanks to all your help, I have figured out how to get Darkplaces and pretty water running.

I am very impressed with the graphics in both. Seven has done some amazing work!

There is a video imbedded in his (seven's) Prettywater thread on the first page where he has diligently updated the download versions.

The video has some very cool sounds/ music. Crickets, dripping, echos, etc. Can anyone direct me towards WHAT sound files these are...and HOW to update the sound files in quake? I cannot remember doing such a tihing back in the day.

very very cool... and I **just** figured out how to get the mp3 (ogg) files into the /sound directory.... now you post this and make me want to make things even better.
