DoE R1M7 lift issue

I am playing thru DoE and I added OoPpEe's plasma gun fix but then the lift in R1M7 does not work!!! Anyone seen this before?

I'm using DP btw and I have tested three different builds, from 2011, 2013 and one from 2014 (latest official), but same result.

I'm almost positive Talisa has a DoE patch that fixes the nailgun position, lift, plasma, and buzzsaws for DP. No idea where the thread's at though.
