    there's lots...

there is no formal 'ftebsp' though, unless you could fte's .map loading which is technically not bsp. there is bspx though, which embeds extra lumps inside a q1 bsp (all four forms), of which there are a few lumps that only fte recognises. so I guess you can call that ftebsp if you really must.

FBSP comes from qfusion (the engine that drives warsow). derived from the RBSP format (used in q3-derived raven games like jk2o) essentially q3bsp-with-lightstyles. While fte does support both these variants, the name really is not because of fte.

the other q1bsp variants are unsigned q1bsp (which utilises some previously reserved/buggy bits), and 2PSB, which was the first attemp at BSP2 that got a couple of minor things wrong but persisted for a bit because rmqe didn't get support for proper bsp2.

if you want to go further afield, doom's maps were bsp, doom3 also has bsps although it focuses more on soup, and I really have no idea about doom[4], but it probably does something crazy. quake4 is some variation on doom3's, but I think it adds some vertex colours or something, I don't really remember.
I've even less of an idea about other games.
