i am trying to get this special texture to work in a test map, the one that is used for fences, vines etc. there is a leak in my map - compiling with ericw's tools it will not create a prt file. (i am not sure if this affects what i am trying to do - possibly. i am running dark places. i did not attempt to set values on the brush entity if any and have not input any console commands for this.
image 1: i created two textures {t.64.jpg and {sign.915.jpg - i placed the {t.64.jpg around the brush other than the front of it where i placed {sign.915.jpg

image 2: before compiling, i made the brush a func illusionary and i tried func detail, after compile though i see the full brush.
