Can't modify config in proquake?

I recently installed proquake and I love it. I am totally new to this and I am used to the original. I know where the config file is, but it is read only. And it has my name set to "Jimmy". And my name is clearly not Jimmy. I would really like to be able to set things up the way I want them. Thanks in advance.

Right-click the config.cfg and uncheck "read-only" and click ok.

In the console after you startup ProQuake, type: name "souleater" when you start it up.
