you can also use a .bat thing and put a command line like "glilikequake -game leekspin -extra -arguments -here -if -needed
and yes quaddicted is the most bestest site to get maps

Yeah,thanks.But how do i actually choose the map?i have the shareware PAK file.Is there a quake command line to do that or do i need to get the full version?

Say your quake directory is located at ..\Quake. Inside that directory there should be a id1 folder, ..\Quake\id1. Now check if there's a folder in id1 called maps, ..\Quake\id1\maps. If you don't have one, just make one. Copy and paste all your custom maps into that maps folder.
