Hello, I need some help. I have downloaded everything to play Ca+. Now the problem i have is, when i go into a server such as, rage.quakeone.com i get kicked, Or any ca+ server. It disconnects me automatically and closes my executable completely. I have re-installed quake from scratch and started over. I have no clue what is going on. If anyone can help, please leave suggestions to try and leave me a message on aim. npstriker is my username.
To all who can help, It will be appreciated. Thanks and hope to be on some server's soon.

One can still use a hacked library for many other things besides transparent walls, fullbrights and aimbots come first to mind.
OGL hacks are mainly for closed source projects or used by kids with limited resources. This just keeps the curious entertained

pretty sure you can remove that local check since whomever fix wallhacks there should be no reason for blocking ogl.dll anymore

excellent! Original glQuake had an opengl driver for the 3DFX cards installed in the /Quake folder. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this. But, as with many games (ie counterstrike), there are HACKED opengl libraries, and the way they are utilized is by placing them in the same folder as the .exe. This is a small deterrent. I'm sorry that you had to waste your time with this. Usually the server just disconnects you with the message
"Please delete opengl32.dll from your quake folder."

Looking at the server logs I see this...
I'm not sure if its you, but it was the last person to connect as of today so I'm guessing its you.:/ has connected with proquake version 3.50
: / is using an opengl32.dll in the quake folder.********************
Try removing any opengl32.dll in your /quake folder. Or rename it opengl32.old.
