Integrated sound card?

Could a integrated or independient sound card affect the performance of the games(qrack specifically) since i pull out the sound card, and use the integrated one the game slow down, what happen?

hmm sounds like you better put the other one back, or get new one

integrated = slower performance. (it uses the CPU)
independent = faster performance.(dedicated audio card will take the load off the CPU and give u 5-10% more fps in games.)
