Help finding some old mods

Hey, does anyone know where I can find the following mods? They seem to have been wiped off the face of the earth!

The machinima Speed Demo 'Quake Redone Quick' (I think that's what it was called).
I'm talking about the prequel to the machinima "Scourge Done Slick" with the one liners.

Second is IkGuns for the Ikbase series.

If anyone has them I'd be most appreciative!
