Anyone else having this error? I got it when trying to join the server quake.shmack.net. Could someone provide a download for End2.mdl?

end2 is in pak1.pak, so it sounds like you don't actually have a full version of quake, only the shareware version.

Shmack is a server-side mod, and requires nothing for you to play except the basic Q1 installation.
You COULD go about doing patchwork to your Quake but , somethings really amiss here from the get go.

re-aquire fresh pak0 and pak1 files (install somewhere else) and then copy/overwrite your current pak0 and pak1. that should be gg
