I've tried every combination of gl_nocolors 0|1 and cl_teamskin 0|1 and used every solid color combination like 4/4, 13/13, 0/0 and I cannot get those teamskins to work in QRack.
What am I doing wrong? Using QRack 1.55 and have Yellow's pak1.pak in c:\quake\qrack ... I have no textures folder or progs folder in either QRack or ID1 folders.
The best case scenario is I get the player_0.png Quake 3 Rangery-look.
But that isn't those cool color 4/4 13/13 teamskins!
Edit = Nevermind, missing special player model.

If there was a man that could not see,
and
there was a man that could not hear,
What would they say..?

Yeah, I determined I needed the model and got it all figured out.
Thanks for the explanation, I was wondering why the model was a lot larger but looked the same.

ok, u need the custom player.mdl that is included in the pak file.
The way quake works is that even iff u have say 32 custom player skins (atleast for netQuake), you need a player model that has (32) skin slots.
Make sure the custom player.mdl that i include in the pak to be in youer "-game" dir or the /qrack folder
if this still gives u probs then lemme know and ill make a solid tut for this install.Last edited by R00k; 06-11-2006, 04:49 PM.
