    I need Pakscape

    I'm trying to figure out how to make custom skins that didn't been "reworked" before, unfortunately, I can't download Pakscape (the program that I need to open PAK files) from gamefront.com because my country is blocked on the site (and I fail finding other mirrors).

    Could somebody download this file for me and upload it in mediafire? please
