Need help with error

Can someone please tell me what this error message means and what I may have done to create it? Any help on curing this would be apprecciated as I have no idea what I did to fubar my Quake. It has messed with the lighting and effects for me.

That happens to me when im in d3d mode thats buried inside Darkplaces.

update to newer version of nvidia drivers.
if the problem still persists, downgrade to older drivers and check which version allows you to run DP without those errors.

i myself currently have 314.07 which dont have this problem.

ive seen your problem before a couple times myself with some nvidia drivers, just downgrade or upgrade to older or newer drivers which dont have this bug in them

dodgy nvidia drivers. I believe there's an updated version available.
