3wave server bug

So i use proquake GL 4.51, and i connect to zero.quakeone.com:26000 and i Icon out, reconnect, icon out, reconnect, icon out, reconnect, icon out, reconnect.

Crow was on the server and said, the server said i was kicked four times for an illegal name, i just used my standard name that i always use.

However it did not say anything to me on my end that i was kicked for an illegal name it just icon'd and that was that.

Eventually it let me back on and stopped iconning me out, and then crow told me what it said on his side.

Please look into this rook, as this occurs alot to me.

Well this happens to me alot.

Like probably 10 times a day, when i'm trying to play.

Its fucking annoying.

An it makes no sense to me why it does it.

You say lag, but it shouldn't be lagging.

I'm DSL, and uh... nothing else lags. (that i notice anyways)

If you lag on connection, your name will be "unconnected".. after a certain time the server thinks you lagged out. I can lengthen the time before it does this, or at least just force your name to "player"...
