Ceriux was making a quake mod based on Gun Mod, and I took what he had and ran with it.
You have 2 weapons at all times, a weapon that subtracts a level
from anyone you kill with it, and a slightly stronger weapon that
gains you a level.
When you gain a level, your weapons upgrade to the next teir.
I have it hardcoded to only gain a level every five kills,
but this can be easily changed in the src. I had it set up as an autocvar for darkplaces, but i dont know how to do a cvar for vanilla quakec, so its set at 5.
That said, here is what I have at this point.
