I saw this on another site I frequent and thought I'd share. It's supposed to be a very difficult optical illusion to perceive. It took me about 10 minutes to see it. If you've seen it and know what you're seeing, don't ruin it for everyone else. Once you see it it's impossible to un-see.

That's like saying it's not swim or run. Tuck pointing is an action. Specifically the action of taking a point knife and "tucking" mortar between the bricks. 
It's what you would need to do to fix that wall. On a side note, it's a lot faster to use a bakers Icing bag to do the job.
