Preseason Games

We're going to try and run pre-season games this weekend, so here's the plan. We have 10 teams, so we're just going to match the teams up with their nearest number, which means the games will be

Team 1: Rampage, Powerzord, Destroyer, Solecord
vs
Team 2: Bosh, R00k, Krix, Eieio

Team 3: Vis, Frenzy, Disco9
vs
Team 4: Dabooty, Cinsere, Drama2, Papasmurf

Team 5: DFG, Bruce, Buckshot, Deigo
vs
Team 6: Whysee, Mono, Mylo

Team7: Crackdog, Muller, Zildjian, Jamestown
vs
Team8: HW, Hitman, JBone, Swoosh

Team9: Kwong, Shaolin, Sunshine
vs
Team10: Bludshed, Spoon, Littleme, Lerster


Your team has the choice of three maps: ctf 1, Red Alert, ctf2m3 (spill the blood). The tiebreaker map if needed will be ctf2m8(capture). All games besides Team9 vs Team10 need to be played on Sunday, unless you contact one of the tourney ogranizers/refs, (Frenzy, Crackdog, Rampage, Rook, Cinsere, Sunshine, hw). I think we should try to start around 8 pm (Eastern Time), 2 games at a time, with refs. So here would be the tentative plan

Team1 vs Team2 at 8pm eastern
Team5 vs Team6 at 8pm eastern

Team3 vs Team4 at 9:30 pm eastern
Team7 vs Team8 at 9:30 pm eastern

Team9 vs Team10 Monday at ?????

We also have a couple of players we need to assign to Teams who still only have three players, so your team could grow by one very soon. If anyone has objections to this let me know, I want to do a trial run this weekend to see how the teams play out and how the games go. If all is well after this weekend we will start the league matches the following weekend.

i probably will not be on tonight but just letting you know the earlier the better for me cuz I have to leave at 8:15ish. I just let hw know and he's fine with it, I hope someone lets Jbone know though - he's the only one thats out of reach.

Xav, I can do the game earlier if you want too, or we can do it Monday night as well. We need to make sure we do it early enough to where you're not up against it time wise. I have stuff going on all day today and into the night, but I should be on late tonight for some quake, so we could maybe iron out some details toinght.

crack, I am playing against your team and I hope we can change the time around. 7:00 seems fine but in one condition - I have no room for wasting time chatting, we have to get the games under way 'cause I have to leave around 8:15-8:30.

I hope someone can tell HW and Jbone this cause I couldn't reach 'em in the last couple of days.
