CTF - who's still around?

Haven't played since Trini crashed and burned
God I miss it.
The only game goin' on is Rune DM on Shmack.
God I hate it.

I'm in Australia btw...(regularly despised for my high ping : )
but I'm always on the look out for a CTF game.
I'll keep an eye on this thread...but I won't be holding my breath.

Be great if we could get something happening...
which may rely on recruiting some of the Shmack 'kids'? : )
(I still can't believe that Rune mod has captivated the ol' Trini CTF crew?)

EDIT: Just wanna clarify that I don't hate Runequake...it's a good mod for DM...
it's just that I'm not that fond of DM - I find it boring after about 10 mins...
and all a bit pointless. At least with CTF there's teamplay and a bit more strategy.

Yes, all original maps are votable. Though of those maps the most played are E4M3 and E2M2 etc... I started playing CTF on pub id levels, so I know them all, and miss playing a full server of 8 on 8 check out ctf.quakeone.com for a fun id-map style ctf server.

i would love to play. i dont like 3wave maps though ;/

i like the regular old maps like the E1 series or E4...etc
