CRCTF Rune ,Haste!!!

Every time I pick up the Haste rune, and the damn thing puts out FAR LESS than 2X firing rate, I wan't to break shit!!! I want to bring this to everyones attention, Haste is a serious pile of shit in its current incarnation.

Hmmm I remember playing ihoc mod with haste nails for a very long time and never encountered issue's. I've only known one person to ever complain about nails (Bam,when he was hpb,and that time has long passed.This was also many years back. I am just saddened and angered at the same time that Haste has had any portion of its balls snipped,while Regen Resist and Strength makes Haste seem completely worthless.

The non-pub server's don't matter because rune's aren't welcome, however the chi pub ctf server, with rune's auto-on , indeed does
