Quake App?

Hey all. I love playing CTF, but it's hard to get a game going. I was thinking it would be cool if there were an app that you could use to message you whenever someone was in a ctf server. Or perhaps a message system where you could tell everyone when you want to play and get to a PC then. If I had the know how, I would do it myself... But just throwing it out there

Or everyone add their cell numbers to their account and we can spam u with text messages
