I could be wrong, but I believe that Bong is currently euro based. That said, I've often seen him battling away on Shmack (with 150 ping) and the New York servers in NA so I imagine he would still play if you want a game

Fiber is the way to go. Currently my connection is fiber to the pole behind my house then coax lines run into the house.. comcast is not ready to spend the extra $1200 to convert each cable box on the homes to fiber compatible. But my speeds are great. 105mbps/25mbps. I ping 20-60 depending on the server. 150 to uk..
