I seem to recall Polarite started a thread a little while ago for trick Jump clips just for a little fun. Unfortunately I couldn't find it hence the new thread. Herewith my humble contribution for October 2015 featuring Confuzed doing the jump, enjoy

Very nicely done Phenom +1. I particularly liked the little extra lift from the grenade in mid air outside DM3 by the Pent, nice touch
You tend to see some amazing tricks done using the QW physics from PEZ, DAG/DEF, Beast (Brotherwars), etc but doing it online using NQ always seems to have a special challenge.
Now if only =peg= would make a welcome come back we could get a lot more of this kind of stuff.

Not wishing to derail my own thread but you should join us on the servers and kick some butt (admittedly it's usually mine). There is another tourney in the pipeline and some possible updates to IEEE's RuneQuake plus mod in the works too

Are there any popular Quake 1 trick jump movies? I'd be interested. (I know the speed runs, which also involve some trick jumps, of course.)

There's quite a few around on Youtube, I did manage to get my hands on a copy of the classic Bedazzled movements...

Failing that just watch Polarite, =peg= or Confuzed do the same kind of stuff live in game.
