I installed it, but still nothing. I should mention, that the tools worked with Windows 7, now I´m using XP.

It could be that you need the Visual Studio 2012 runtimes.
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012

Most of the changes is that the code is compiled against a newer C++, in this case: Visual Studio 2012.

Actually it won´t start compiling the map, saying something about missing dll.
