Is it possible to create mods for N64 games? I thought that it would be a cool idea.

technically, yes. its possible to edit a dump of a rom, and use it on an emulator, in theory. i know there have been some homebrew mods for snes games, such as super metroid. however, i dont know if you could play a homebrew on a n64 console. i doubt it.
