Found an Quake Autoplay .ISO that we can't identify

I was going through our Quake 1,2 and 3 collection with some people. This is when I came across an .ISO (.NRG .IMG or .BIN I think?) so I recall having to change it to an .ISO to burn to CD. The name of the "ISO" is "ULTIMATE_QUAKE"
I have no idea of when I got it or from where? Torrent? I even googled the name of the Start Menu Name "LLamaZZ Front's Ultimate Quake"
Yet- it has another name on its Autoplay's window. (Look at pics)
Hopefully someone can point me to where I DL it from so I may share it with others..OR.. I will have to share it otherwise. I Doubt this copy is 'rare' to find.







Surely someone recognizes this?!

**The Preview did NOT show the Photos in the box. I hope this is just for that very reason being its only a preview window.

Woah, your answer is in another very recent post (recent as in 4 days ago).

Some collection CD with the title "Ultimate Quake", containing several engines and addons, including Nehahra and its movie, also provides a video with "The LamerKatz Chronicles" about a Quake II multiplayer clan.
