Help pls my Hd skin is all white

ok so i've bin making some new skins for quake with gimp. I've exported and checked it in game bunches but for some reason today when i did that the model was all white. Does anyone know why this is.

hi nahuel thanks for replying i found out what the prob was mostly it's i'm new to this but i was figuring out what to name the skins you know like norm ,gloss ,luma and i saw a skin in someone elses pak file named reflect so i made one and put it in id1/progs. that was what was wrong . so now what i need to know is how do i delete this thread lol
