I like these suggestions

I updated the code using Zoid's pentagram telefrag fix. There are 3 scenarios.

normal telefrag
reverse telefrag when telefragging a pent user
normal telefrag when both are using pent

I already have death messages for the first two but the 3rd option needs death messages

Lardarse was standing in the way of scar3crow

scar3crow had his arrival blocked by Lardarse or
scar3crow thought that he could appear where Lardarse was

Lardarse thought that he could safely block scar3crow
