1995īs QTest sounds anyone?

I remember the player screams from the original Qtest released before Quake went gold were actually GREAT. I remember playing a deathmatch with the actual game was a bit disapointing for the fact that all the yells were replaced.

I was wondering if anyone still have this ancient file, or the sounds? I have been looking and lookin on the Internet to no avail.

hey i accidentally found that idgames2 mirror myself yesterday when i was looking for something else.. i guessed it has allways been there but not reachable to the public since quaddicted got hacked.. but was it?

anyways its a HUGE base of (old) stuff

but i guess spirit doenst want the public to know about it till its properly sorted again?

Huh? Quakedev is Echon, not me. I have an idgames2 mirror (including /planetquake) too, but somehow I missed /idstuff. Got to fix it. It's totally public though (linked on the Quaddicted.com frontpage actually): http://www.quaddicted.com/idgames2/
