been a while

I haven't really thought of quake in years, but somehow after killing time and googling tonight I ended up on this thread. I remember some of the players mentioned before. Rampage, Iceberg, Lennox, Spoon (I think I played CTF with you in Clan GI, but maybe it was a different Spoon) and even I think Turtlevan, amongst others. I stopped playing quake right around 99 or 2000 and CA was like the late-night alternative to the dead and dying CTF scene. Fun games

I dont remember anybody but rampage beating me 1v1 in CA. But I DM I dont CA and if u beat me 3 years ago trust me ive improved since then. But I don't look at CA as a 1v1 mod. I look at it as a practice mod to warmup for DM lol. If you wanna 1v1 in DM we can do that sir. I know I do talk alot of crap, but I do it as a joke, quake is actually fun to me, I enjoy the quake community and giving them crap when I can. Sometimes the joke is on me, but its all good. and my team still fn blows... thank you.

ive beaten kong since ive been back phenom about 6 times while both waiting for dm tg. Kthx. ( it was at speaknow, so i dont want to hear shit about "that's dm, not ca.) and i believe my worst win was 5-2.

1v1 CAx is stupid. All you have to do is camp to win. The winner will always be whoever is the most patient (as long they are semi-decent).

tell that to spoon, and see who wins.
