But since we don't know anything about him, we need to be more empathetic after all. He's talking about a horrendous crime in society like something "natural", obviously he's sick. I hope that if those thoughts he has, or those destructive ideas, were caused by some childhood trauma, he will find professional help to delete them. To change their concepts for something more positive and less destructive to society and people. And transform his life into something better, without without harming people.
Unfortunately, if he's a psychopath he probably never changes, there's no remedy for his mind. Or maybe he is just trolling, if he is just a troll, he can change. We do not know.

edit: I definitely believe in God. I definitely don't believe in the bible. Neither god or Yesha/Yeshua/Yahushua/Jesus/Jahova/YHWH* played any part in the creation of the bible. Man compiled the bible from numerous ancient texts. Whether a book was included was determined if MAN decided the book was inspired by god. there are a lot of laws beyond what has been dictated in the Bible. And these laws obey cultural changes. For example, the laws that now regulate the Internet. To Caesar what is Caesar's. If it is forbidden to marry girls is perfect, because it in no way contradicts the law of God, since the laws were replaced, only the denial of fornication and the ingestion of blood or food sacrificed to idols etc... is preserved.
