    If you pay close attention, you should notice the axe sticks to enemies. However, when enemies move, the axe tends to jitter due to QuakeC limitations and the fact my collision detection scheme is bolted onto the existing code, and not a complete re-write.

    Nice idea Bloodsnipe!
    I believe Slot Zero did something similar over on the RuneQuake server (quake.shmack.net:26000) with the Timed Bombs which can "stick" to almost anything, including your opponents. Applying it to the Axe is a new one on me, but it seems appropriate given the style of weapon so well done sir!

      Great job.


      Now I finally remember you from some of your older mods and ideas.
      Especially your: Realistic (somewhat) weapon mechanics in Quake. Which was very inspiring.

      I see that you further improved your Improved collision detection for Quake. That is really cool.
