Gamestatus block

I noticed it is not in its own frame no more.
It would be better for the site load time, or
even if GS went down, there would be no load
on the main page.

GS updates every 1-2 minutes depends on
the time of the week. Player lists get damn long!

I told Steve about the issue (like if GameStatus.net goes down).

For some reason the iframe option interferes with other blocks in Internet Explorer and we weren't able to put the block where we wanted to when using it. We'll take a second look at it.
