You know one thing I realized in FPS, that sometimes when you're in a fight and have a lower sensitivity you require more movement on the pad. Well I think I settled that problem..

WASD and spacebar are in the same place despite the funky split, so its all good for playing Quake. I just cant type with them.

My mousepad is about 1/4 that size.

Thats why you use high sensitivity--you don't need a GIANT mousepad.

Maybe I should try 1.8 sensitivity then... I can't even bench the bar in PE which weighs 45 pounds.

It is more wrist than arm exercise, however.
