Monster's Quake Guide Added

I finally managed to convert Monster's Quake guide to PDF form. I used this free DOC to PDF conversion tool (PDF 995), btw.

It can be found in the Quake Guides section under player contributed guides.

Can you get to the demos I put in there? If not, I'll have to re-make them since my computer crashed....
