Haha, back when my mom was alive I hooked her up with a computer on the local lan so she could shop etc. One day she said she could not access the net. It was really because I had the router turned off upstairs, but I told her that there is a big switch somewhere that says: Internet: on / off , and once in a while someone gets mad and goes in there and turns the internet off for everybody.
