Looking to open new server! Please read.

Looking at the opening another server.. The more the better right? Below is 2 ip addresses they can only be pinged as they are not running any servers at this time. I would like replies from those who ping them and which ip you would like to see open up as a server. The ips are in 2 different locations. Please reply back and whatever ip gets the best results i will open up a server in that ips location. Thanks..

I just discovered that.. The one timing out is in virginia and its due to thier firewalls.. The other is texas..

Just getting information on where every stands out the strongest for ping times.. I think there are 3 tx servers.. But the variety of host on server side. Some may ping better or worst.. Having variety is what i like, i ping 40 to quaketx and 40 to this one i got. Id rather see the VA one go up since no dm servers are in the northeast or atleast that i know of. Time will only tell..

figure out the pings from various citys yourself.

The unpingable (second) server traceroutes and up with:

which would theoretically mean that the second server would give a ping of about 90 if the gateways are otherwise set up the same at both hosting sites.
There's no identifyable US city names in any dns names though.
