    Second Amendment

If it came down to it, would you resist the US government and the UN should they try to "peacefully" disarm our citizenry?

Non-US citizens feel free to answer also.

Give up your amendments loose your rights. Good for your country, i dont care about what other countries do. Im not a brown noser. I pay attention to the Unites States of America only because its where i was born and where i live. I will carry a gun until death do us apart. I do not need it to defend in a fist fight, im very well capable of fighting and standing my ground unarmed. I hope to never have to shoot anyone but if i do it will be justified. A big thanks to hillary clinton for basically telling the United Nations to fuck off, and all the countries who supported the U.N. such as Germany, Russia, China, France, Britian, S. Korea. Protect our rights, even if we stand alone. Now to get OBAMA out of the White House and get this country back in order. Time to act like Sweden and mind our own.

    SSSSHHHHHhhhuuuddduup!!!

You give away Super powered over-governed police state survival tricks.

Damnit now we'll have to resort to making garotes out of dead eyelashes!

suspect has been spotted pulling on his eyelashes next to an underground garote lab. Be advised suspect is unarmed and considered highly dangerous.

This applies only to the States (as far as I know) but I think ALL legally purchased firearms should have to be registered within the state in which they are purchased. My guns are registered with the state of Tennessee. I have been finger printed with a through background check and drug tests have been conducted in order for me to posses the guns I have.

    To your point...

My stance on bolt-action rifles and shotguns... Yes these are "hunting firearms". Legally, I don't think you have to have a permit or register your shotgun/rifle in the state of Tennessee. I could be wrong, I don't know all the law... In my opinion it should all be under one roof. They should have to be registered within the state they're purchased. (You should have to surrender your fingerprints and background checks)

Next sharp pencils and pens will be illegal and we'll have to sign our names in crayon and eat with our hands.

That might be the sanest post in this thread, Dilli. What's your stance on long-arms such as bolt action rifles and shotguns; Also "black-powder and cap" like weapons?

I am a card carrying member of the NRA and an educated handgun carry permit holder, licensed in the state of Tennessee. Educated meaning I have taken classes, given by state certified instructors (mine happened to be the chief of police of a neighboring city) and passed not only written tests but field tests as well. I know when and where I can legally carry my pistol. I've had a pistol on my person (and in my truck), in public, for over 15 years, without incident. I also know under what circumstances I have the legal right to defend myself and others around me. Certain criteria have to be met, but if things are right... I DO have the legal right to draw down on your ass! And yes, I have the balls to do it!

Stay away from my second amendment right!

Guns don't kill people... Criminals kill people... And by the way, they don't need a gun to do it! Wouldn't it be nice if a responsible gun owner were around when one of these wacko's decided to go off?

True, the gun is not for solving the corruption of our government.
It is in fact needed because of it.Without police on the streets you have to protect your family and home from punk ass thugs like these 2.

    EL PASO, Texas —
An 81-year-old East El Paso woman comes home to find her home burglarized but she didn't take it sitting down.

Yoland Croyle saw a gold colored 2008 Ford Fusion parked a few houses away when she came home at 2 p.m. Thursday.

Croyle said she saw David Rivera, 20, carrying trash bags filled with items from her house toward the car. Meanwhile Sergio Alfredo Dominguez, 20, backed up the car and crashed into a rock wall, causing the car to overturn.

Rivera took off on foot. Croyle took off after him in her own car. Croyle told police when Rivera stopped, she ordered him inside her car and demanded to know his name and personal information.

"I wasn't scared. I was so mad. I couldn't even see straight," Croyle said.

When she arrived back home with Rivera in tow, Dominguez was sitting on the curb.

    Police arrested both men
