I like the blue coloring better, but.... I think if your going to try to show off the 5 you might want to elaborate more on the signification of it, for those who are just visiting or passers by. I'm sure you might have tried this already but would you be objective'd to switching the font sizes, make the "Quake" somewhat bigger than the "one". I'd like to help but ,I'm limited to some advice, and not so helpful on the things your really need help with. If something on my level comes up, let me know.. Good Luck -

If the hue was changed to a more orange/brown - that would def be alot better. Showcases mappers too.
A Blue theme just isn't Quake. Honestly the only Blue in the game is water
(lightning and plasma is mainly white).

The 3d wireframes are nice, but it sort of implies this is strictly a development site. If the plan is to put it over where the ads are showing, then you got my vote !Comment

Eh, that Blue Q with the map outlines is from Trinca's website, nice image but its his design focused on his Quake one maps.
Personally, i think it should look pretty faithful to the original color and theme.
Gothic sci-fi horror, brown-rust colors. etc etc.Comment
