Quest for standard - Directory structure

I'm not sure about the logic between the textures/ vs gfx/ choice. Is it:

- fx vs texture
- optional vs mandatory
- changeable vs static
- shareable vs specific
- hud vs ingame

nonetheless, here's my proposal:
