xolve, why don't you use Neogenesis's skins with excellent normal- and glossy-maps?
They look much better, the only problem is kinda wrong color gamma of their diffuse textures. But even so I prefer Neogenesis's ogre to Reforged one, even though Reforged textures have much higher resolution.

Never heard of them. Fragger's I've used, and there's the neogenesis item pack, but I haven't seen his monsters. If you've got a link I'll take a look.

Neogenesis only made normals and glossmaps for orgo's or maybe fragger's skins, he did that years ago. His normalmaps are much different from those you've posted above, but are compatible with them.
I've got all that skins expect of hellknight, I'll make and reupload a pack this evening.
But of all his skins I only use ogre's one.

I don't use neither demon nor Shambler reskins because I have them wonderfully remodeled, so I don't remember if they were done better than variant that you've showed in #183.

I've compared them both - some of his are better, particularly the wizard, shalrath and ogre - but the rest of mine are better, I think, subjectively-speaking. Also his are lacking lumas, and some of the glossmaps are off-center.
So I've edited both, and combined them into one singular pack, with the best of both. I've used his ogre with a severely reduced version of my glossmap, since his was off-center.
The enforcer also doesn't look too bad:

Liking the skins - however your gloss maps are insane. Make them 25-50% brightness and it'd look alot better imo.

I think you're probably right, but I like the whole doom3-ish dark-with-high-gloss look. Kingennio's would probably be more your cup of tea, his pack had very little gloss by comparison.

Some month ago Nergal posted a screenshot for the Ogre-Boss and I loved it.
Nergal doesn´t made a update for this great skin so I decided to try my best and work a bit with it...
I can´t wait for this great skin!! I hope Nergal is working on this skin further...
