Netiquette is a concept that has been around since the dawn of the internet (and usenet). It means network etiquette.
It includes common sense rules such as the
avoidance of spam (both commercial advertisements and postings or frequent postings without any real substance),
trolling (disruptive behaviour, including spamming and flaming, that is motivated by one's desire for attention),
and flaming (ie ad hominem insults), as well as not typing in all caps (because for the last 20 years, this has been understood as virtually shouting at someone).
In short, spamming, flaming and trolling, as well as shouting, are against netiquette.
I labelled the OP spam, because it had very little substance. The OP should know bloody well why I suggested he inform himself about netiquette (himself, not us).
Combined with the OP's recent flaming, one could get the impression that he is, in fact, trolling.
Since I am inclined to believe that is indeed so, I simply behaved accordingly.
