Duke is back !!
This might sound like a blaspheme here or a too long lasting joke for some, but this is
absolutely real, it's opensource and working terribly well on all modern OS (including 64 bit ones) !
Come get some !!

Cool.
To hell with the Duke vs Quake thing, that's so last century. Duke is enjoyable stuff in it's own right, and for different reasons to Quake, and there's room in this big world for both of them.
Yeahhhh, kickin' baby.

You guys couldn't seriously still have Duke3d already on your computer, or still have the original CD. Unless you paid the 6 bucks on that site. None of those 3 are an option now for me, but i may have something up my sleeve... Haven't played since the mid 90s

I'm glad you guys like EDuke32. Funny to see the mhquake guy comment since I actually used mhquake for a long time ~9-10 years ago when the choices for engines with a lot of new features were pretty much mhquake and tomazquake. I'd also been reading the stuff on that mhquake development blog for a few months recently when I found out about it--some of it is a pretty good read because you clearly know your shit.
