i installed the HD pack, because, why not? and after finding out my computer didnt like it, i did a fresh vanilla install, and after this install i ended up getting this imgur: the simple image sharer (sorry if you guys dont like imgur links, i actually made a profile to get some help on this) is there a roaming or appdata folder i dont know about that i should delete as well or am i pretty much f'd in the A here?

Please give a few more detail? Which engine are you running? Did you completely delete and reinstall Quake? Do you have anything in your id1 folder besides your pak0.pak and pak1.pak? Did you make sure you deleted any old config or autoexec .cfg files? This is an Opengl error probably related to a texture or model skin trying to be loaded that is the incorrect size. Just make sure you didn't leave any other files behind in your "fresh" install.
As far as roaming folders I don't know much about the other engines, but DP does keep it's own config's and screenshots in a separate folder usually in My Documents. But I cannot speak to the other engines.Last edited by PrimalLove; 08-26-2014, 01:48 AM. -

This is the location of the Saved Games folder for darkplaces for each mod you use.
Code:C:\Users\YourUserName\Saved Games\darkplaces

found it. not listed in "my documents" but just "my username" folder EDIT: thank you, deleting the config folder fixed this error!Comment
