  • Fun with textures

So after figuring out that i can activate bump maps in game render plus bake them as normals with the normal bake I've decided to add a specular map to the textures, here's what I've got so far.

I am like a stray dog, lost in between what I do and what I should do.
But sometimes, all you need is Imagination.

Shiny. The specular should vary depending on the material though, different materials have different amounts of shininess. Rock or brick tends to be not so shiny.

Huh, you may be right but I've also enabled color and hardness in specular and it seemed to have toned the lighting down also I've just noticed that the specular seems to be darker, wouldn't that mean it would reflect less light

      Look at my preview.

      UPDATE:

Nevermind, figured out it was the image.

Looks like I'll have to experiment with the textures for a little longer.

That might pass as an underwater effect for textures some day.
