    Is it possible to find green railgun skin like in this deathmatch?

    You can make the skin look whatever you want it to look.
    You said, you already have a replacement texture for the weapon model.
    So you can open it in any free texture editor. Like Paint.NET or Gimp.

    You mark the "blue" area on the texture and play around with the "color sliders" of your editor. Make it green or purple or yellow. It is up to you.

    Then save it and use it in your game.

    The available free texture editors also have a lot of available plugins, filters and stuff and are therefore almost identical to those expensive photoshop or similar software.

    You will see, it is easier than you might think.
    The time you spend in watching the clip, will be not longer than editing the texture to your pesonal likings (green in this case). Promised
