I'm wondering why textures replacement is supported for all the floors, walls, ceillings, etc, in QuakeSpasm, while the weapons and hud textures aren't.

This is weird !

Pleas help me...

It is simply like that ... no support for huds' or weapons' textures!
But it is possible to request new features here:
