Hi, I don't know if this is the exact place to post this question. However, I have asked other sites, and no response. So please, help me out.
Anyways, what i wanted to know is how Crow_bar (the Russian PSP Programmer) made the quake 2 mods playable on psp. I am aware that quake 2 mods come in a Gamex86.dll file, which to my knowledge is unusable on psp. But when I downloaded Quake 2 Hardware Rendering version, it came with a premade gamex86.PRX file... I wanted to know how he compiled it. (I have never attempted to compile anything before, but I am a fast learner) I would really love to play a majority of different mods, including Bang, Loko, the Eraser Bot, and a WHOLE bunch more. I have used google to the best of my ability, but no help really, (except to a site with over 6,000 custom quake 2 maps!)
If the process does involve Compiling a mod, I'd very much appreciate it if you could give me a step by step tutorial.
If the Process does NOT involve Compiling a mod, or includes having to convert the file from a DLL or SO file to a PRX, then can you explain?
By the way, my gut told me to ask here, so I hope the feeling was right!
Thanks
