    Quake 1 Mods on PSP?

    Hi, I have a question regarding quake mods on PSP... I have ProQuake and Glquake for the PSP, but when I try to run a couple of mods such as Killer Quake Pack, It freezes after it says: Meshing some .mdl file. It doesn't give me an error like out of ram, but it just restarts the handheld. I notice it with the larger mods. All i did to run the mods was copy the mod under the quake folder, then use -game KQP and I also put -mem 20 or something like that. Most mods only require like 16 megs of ram, if that. I can't figure out why it always freezes... I'm also aware that KQP is one of the largest mods out there. but... If someone could tell me a mod that seems to work, that would be cool. Also, it would be even more awesome if someone could show me where a rocket arena frikbot mod is. As I have only found the frogbot one. I tried one link, but it's dead, so...

    killerquakepack is a badass mod,and I question the PSP's ability to run the full KQP mod.
    I remember back when KQP came out,my pc had trouble running the game when miniguns / etc was being used,then again I was playing a custom KQP mod at Kilo357's server.

      Rocket Arena Frikbot X

      I apologize on bumping this old thread, but part of the question I had was:

      1. Is there a rocket arena frikbot x mod? I tried to compile base mod with a frikbot, but it gave me an error, and I'm also not a coder, nor a good one.
      2. Is there a rail arena mod for quake 1? If so, can I get it with the frikbot x and if so where? I tried an older link, but it leads to a site that no longer exists.
      3. I know. I'm obsessed with the frikbot, but it's because of the in-game waypointing command, it grabs my attention.

      Please, I've used google like crazy trying to find one of those two mods above, but no luck. If you do happen to have a source of where it's at, could you give me the link?

        First, try this on a PC

        open quake, open console `~ , connect rage.quakeone.com

        in console type

        Caustic Darts ! maybe you'll like it maybe you won't. I doubt you will like playing Instagib Frikkbot VS you on a PSP. This just screams RAGEQUIT.

        If your serious then get/download the CAx mod,it has tons of sub-categories of gameplay modes,including your Rail Arena mod. Attaching bots to it with a PSP sounds tough for a noncoder, thats me.

          Well, I don't play quake on pc, only psp. (it's a habit). Oh, and does anybody have a link for the mods I mentioned? Or do I have to compile them myself?
