By using the QuakeOne Forums, you agree to the following rules:
- No Abuse of Other Members
No member of the community should be attacked or threatened by others, nor should anyone post sexist, racist, homophobic, ableist, or other discriminatory content on the forums.
- No Piracy/Illegal Content
No user should post directly or link to any illegal content. Piracy and copyright infringement will not be tolerated on the forums. This includes any direct links or links to sites that offer illegal downloads of the full Quake 1 game.
- No Spam/Advertising
Spamming will not be tolerated on the forums. This includes any posts that contain unsolicited advertising, or mass posting off-topic or irrelevant messages. All posts should remain on topic and no one should mass post topics in attempt to inflate post counts.
- No Adult Material
Do not post any pornographic, gore, or other adult related material.
- One Account Per Person
Do not create more than one account on the forums.
- No Doxxing
Do not publish anyone else's private information, including names, addresses, email address, phone numbers, etc.
- No Mass Private Messaging
Do not mass private message forum users. If you wish to notify a large group of users, contact a moderator or news poster to possibly have a news article posted to the front page of the site. If you are caught sending out mass private messages your private messaging privileges will be revoked.
The administrators and moderates reserve the right to remove any post for any reason. In general, users will be subject to a three strike rule. Users will generally receive two warnings. Upon a third offense, a user will be subject to a permanent ban. Note: any member abuse, unsolicited advertising, or doxxing will result in immediate, permanent ban. No second chances. No three strike rule.
The administrators reserve the right to modify these rules at any time.
